Mac vs. PC vs. Linux Commercial
Bookmark on del.icio.us or FurlHere’s a well done spoof video on the Apple Mac vs. PC Commercials:
It’s produced almost as well as the original commercials — and I like the fact that Linux is a women — but I think they might be taking a bit of poetic license when they say there are 30 million Linux users. While the Linux Counter may almost agree (29 million is their estimate) even they admit that this estimate is an educated guess at best.
Still, it’s a good commercial and would make a great advertisement for Linux. Maybe Dell should consider running it on TV now that they are jumping into the Linux market.

Hmm this doesn’t seem right hahah.
For once comparing Mac - PC and Linux is just wrong, I mean Linux runs on a PC among others.
What they tried to do I assume is Mac - Windows - Linux.
They just thought everyone using a PC uses windows, hmm I wonder if they think that running Linux requires a new breed of computers.
Otherwise it was cool.

Umm, it clearly says “an estimated” 30 million…what else are they supposed to do? That’s the closest known number. I don’t know what you expect.
Anyway, thanks for sharing! I got a good laugh from both this, and the sequel (also on YouTube, should be in the menu that pops up when the video’s done).
